This is an ongoing development project for a mod for the popular block building game Minecraft. This mod was originally started a few years ago but a friend asked if i would update it for a project he is working on, i agreed and began developing regular updates for it again. It has been a very fun experience as the game (and this mod) is written in Java so it has been a huge learning experience as i learn java at the same time as learning the Minecraft forge api. I’ve found it’s actually been more of a challenge to come up with new ideas and new content for the mod rather than the technical aspect and learning Java.
The mod itself adds a number of food items to give buffs and the feel of the carnival along with some mobs, including a carnival clown and other items and blocks that are still a work in progress.
